The employer is a lawfully established business that is incorporated and operating under the laws of the province of Alberta. 2. The Employer believes that the Employee possesses relevant skills, qualifications and abilities necessary to contribute to and continue the endeavors of the Employers business. 3. Both parties accept the terms and conditions described in this agreement.
